because the card have individual keys base on the card ID I think,
so is it possible get the key from the reader?
maybe it is so simple, but i have not seen anybody talk about it.
if it is possible , how many trys it should be?

It is possible to use only a partial authentication from the reader. Use a proxmark to emulate an UID and capture the encrypted nR and nT'.
