Guide for compiling on SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 SP3 64-bit US

Greetings,

I have SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 SP3 64-bit US Factory Preload from HP running in my HP ZBook 17 G1 and can't upgrade since it is afterwards no longer supported by HP :-(

I bought a Proxmark3 that is running fine on MS Windows XP but that I would now like to move to my HP Laptop.

The Proxmark3 is being recognized by SLED 11 SP3 when I plug it to the HP ZBook and seen as ttyACM0 USB ACM device but the Proxmark3 client software for Ubuntu Linux does not work on my SLED 11 SP3 due to older C libraries I have on my system (e.g.: libreadline6 is required when I only have libreadline5, etc).

I would say from here that I need to get the Proxmark3 source code and compile it on my SLED 11 SP3 64-bit US system but really have no idea about what to download, from where and then how to generate the new Proxmark3 client software ...

Any help will be really very much appreciated.

Thanks a lot by now for your time.

Eric
