Sell PM3 - Possible return under warranty?

Hello,
-I received a Proxmark 3 (PM3) recently.
-I paid the $449 for board, 19$ for diy LF aerial
and 79$ for assembled LF aerial.

-I purchased with the intention of cloning a HID
card not only emmulating.
-Cloning is not possible with PM3.  See post:
Help - Clone 125KHz HID - pm3 by jaeger2000

-Anyone know if it's possible to return the items
or sell it?

Kind regards,
JaEGeR.

Re: Sell PM3 - Possible return under warranty?

The PM3 seems to be fully functionally.  It appears not to be a problem with the PM3, but rather your understanding of what is possible.  I don't believe there is any implied warranty, promise or guarantee that the PM3 can clone a HID card.

Caveat Emptor.

You can of course sell it. It's your property to sell.

Anyone sold it?
Guage on fair value?  ($100+postage)?

Alternatively:
1.) eBay is the obvious source for selling.
2.) Try to sell through the forumns.
3.) Up to 30 days can return the PM3.  See below, snapshot from ProxMark3.com.
RETURNS
Defective goods may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery and exchanged. Goods damaged by Buyer will not be eligible for exchanges, including damage as a result of but not limited to electro-static damage ("ESD"), Buyer supplied software or firmware. All returns of Products will be pursuant to Seller's instructions. Non-warranty returns of unused and resalable Products for credit will be subject to Seller's return policies in effect at the time, including applicable restocking charges and other conditions of return. Products returned under warranty must be properly packed and shipped to Seller-specified locations. Shipping containers must be clearly marked per Seller's instruction and shipped freight prepaid by Buyer.

Re: Sell PM3 - Possible return under warranty?

As with a lot of electronic devices such as this, it is sold pretty much as-is - the guy at proxmark3.com will perform functional tests to make sure what he provides works. As such, the goods aren't defective.

I'll happily give you $100 + postage to the UK for the Proxmark though.
