Topic: Proxmark3 board build pictures

I finally got around to posting some pictures on flickr of my first board I built last week. Took me about 6 hours of hand soldering everything.

Re: Proxmark3 board build pictures

Re: Proxmark3 board build pictures

I am using this JTAG  , the one in the manual is vague as to what the schematics are, if some one wants to clear it up i would be great full.http://www.diygadget.com/images/jtag/simple_jtag_imgs/0.jpg

Did you try this?  It's from the manual.
Pins 3, 4 and 5 are the same.

I'd tried it but didn't work too!

Re: Proxmark3 board build pictures

Try to check your cable make sure you have the correct pins.
Pin 1 referenced below:

http://i44.tinypic.com/30ikwvk.jpg

Parallel port 3  -> Pin 7 Prox
Parallel port 4  -> Pin 9 Prox
Parallel port 5  -> Pin 5 Prox
Parallel port 11 -> Pin 13 Prox
Parallel port 18-25 -> Pins 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 Prox

Also try a different computer or try changing the parallel port setting within your BIOS.
I got mine to work in ECP mode even thought the documentation says not to use it.

Hope this helps!
