PM3 User's Manual moved

I've finished porting the manual that Ed created to the wiki page at googlecode. As Ed is fairly busy, it makes sense that other's can now help keep the manual up to date. The wiki is perfect for that. If you're keen to help with that task, ask to become a contribuitor.
